Gaining weight is no joke at all.

Hi beautiful people, hope you are well.

I come with more updates on my weight gain journey.
At this stage it is difficult for me to gain anything or even stick to the plan.

Week 2 & 3 Eating Challenges

Don't be fooled by the muscular physique, I do not work out.

Week 1 Disappointment & Meal Plan

I really do not know what happened. Well you kind of do Diana.
I weighed myself all wrong.

I suggest you all learn to use your scale properly. I ended buying a digital scale which works perfectly fine but I go the extra mile to ensure this is extremely accurate by borrowing my brother's 10kg dumbbell and weighing that first. If it is 10kg, then I am really to hop on. Although I don't suggest actually hopping on the scale as it is glass and has the tendency to smash.

With that being said, I really started off my journey being 7.16 Stones, 99.6 lbs, 45.2 kg.
Hope you enjoy the video and have a wonderful day.

Introduction/ My Weight Gain Plan

Hi loves,
This is my first video on my YouTube channel. It highlights my aims and starting weight for my weight gain journey.

Before this weight gain journey, I only ate roughly 800 calories per day which is below the recommended daily calories for women. I saw this as a problem and wished to change that in order to gain weight.

Please have a watch to learn more details about my weight gain journey.

On A Journey to a New Me

Good evening everyone.

It has been a while since I posted on this blog and I have to apologise for my absence. I have been going through a transitional period in my life. You may not know this information about me, but I graduated from University with honours and I must say I am very pleased with my achievements. I have come a long way, a very long way. But at this very moment I feel like I am in limbo while the job market determines my fate using a piece of paper full of credentials that I beautifully put together.

With that being said, time waits for no man or women in this case so I have decided to pursue things in between this transitional period. Things that really means a great deal to me.
One in particular being my weight. If you follow me on youtube, you may already know about what I have been up to in reference to this.

I am on a weight-gain journey. This is very much a taboo thing to say because of the fact that 60% of the UK alone is seen as overweight. Some people seem to be in great shape but a very small percentage of us seem to fall under the underweight bracket. Regardless of the fact, the weight management market seem to collects our coins whether we are overweight or underweight. Word to Oprah, "...everyone gets a" supplement.
Putting the muscle growers aside, there are a few of us that genuinely want to gain weight because we simply do not want to brawl over the last size 4 to 6 skirt in Topshop any more. Because I'll have you know that they do not manufacture many of those sizes or other sizes after what is considered as "normal" in today's society.

I will go into why I personally chose to gain weight in the future but for now I really wanted to update my blog and let you all in on my plans and my goals to gain 140 lb. I will try to post on here as frequently as I can but if you are not already subscribed to my blog and on youtube please do so for regular updates.

So here is to a successful weight-gain Journey.
*toasts with a high calorific meal*

UK Tour: Bristol City

From the Bristol hotel to the harbourside was everything that you could possible ask for. All shops that carry your necessities such as Tesco and Sainsbury, many restaurants/bars, an aquarium and a spectacular view was all within a less than a minute walk from the hotel.

I am normally curious George when it comes to things like travelling. I want to know where the heck I am going before I arrive but this time I didn't and the element of surprise was well worth it in the end. To know that a cannel streamed right out of your hotel windows with coloured boats passing by each day was some what of a pretty site. Water features was quite a thing in this city. I saw so many. It was certainly different to what I am use to back in London. I know what some of you might be thinking, it probably doesn't take much to excite me. Well that's because I'm a simple girl but I believe any individual not from Bristol will enjoy and appreciate it too.

About a five minute walk towards the harbour opened up the thought of potentially moving to a place like this. It was love at first site. Contemporary Waterside apartments all less of a ripe off than those Central London apartments. It makes you wonder if working towards apartments like these in London is even worth the hole in your pocket. Everything you really need, well...that I will ever need is conveniently in the heart of it all so why not. But I think I am going to wait for the rest of the United Kingdom tour to really get to know what's out there and what other places I am missing out on.

Until next time...
